Witchy Poo Jell-O Salad
1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pistachio's, toasted
1/2 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, mix together pudding mix, pineapple with juice, marshmallows, and toasted nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Chill.
This past weekend, the weather was sensational. We did a bunch of yard work, and planted some vegetables, herbs and flowers. We had a big BBQ Saturday evening and our friend Karen brought over what I refer to as "Witchy Poo!" This Jell-O salad is also known as Watergate Salad. Because Nixon lied about what type of fruit and Jell-O goes in this salad. Kidding. It brought back memories of summers as kids when my Mom and aunts would make Witchy Poo for family BBQ's.

Thanks for posting the recipe. I'm not usually a big "jell-o salad" fan and I loved this! It was my dessert, it was so good.
It has marshmallows in it, how could it be bad?
