Why I Love Seattle

The weather this past weekend, reminded me of why I love the Pacific Northwest so much. Days with the sun in Seattle are always PERFECT...! We had a friend up for the weekend and spent time strolling through the Olympic Sculpture Park Saturday in the lovely 80+ degree weather. I have a slight sun burn on my scalp to prove it. It always makes me laugh that when the sun comes out in this fashion, people go in droves to the parks and other outside spaces. We are back down in the drizzly 50's yesterday and today, so it truly was a hint of what it to come in the months ahead. Time to do yard work and get our courtyard ready for summer entertaining.
