Well as some of you know I've been working on my very first quilt well...forever! I'm in the hand quilting phase of the project which is teaching me a serious lesson in patience. I can get obsessive about corners meeting and stitches being small and even which sort of takes the fun out of it. So, I've vowed to continue working and realizing that I'm still a beginner and will improve over time. Bop keeps telling me that I need to finish quilting one square a night so I can have it finished by the end of the summer. We'll see.

One square nightly, that is the deal! Who would have that we'd turn into an epicurean and textile sweat shop at our house!

Ok. I'm totally impressed. The closest I'm going to get to quilting in the next decade is the book I'm reading (Persian Pickle Club).
Beep - That quilt is beautiful! I too am very impressed with you skill on such an intricate design.
