Relaxing Weekend
First of all I wanted to thank everyone for their kind wishes as we embark on our adoption journey. We thank you for your prayers and ask for them to continue to be with us over the next while as we prepare our paperwork and ultimately wait. I was grateful for the opportunity to talk on the phone with good friends and family over the weekend to get support and to then be surprised today with all of your encouraging comments...Speaking of the weekend, we really didn't do much other than watch conference (LDS 178th Annual General Conference), take naps and watch movies. I love conference weekend it is always so uplifting and relaxing and good for putting life into perspective.

Our best thoughts and prayers will be with you throughout the entire wait. I know several people who have adopted beautiful children from China and would all tell you it was worth the years they waited for it.
I wish I had a relaxing weekend. It was good, but certainly not relaxing. :-)
We will be praying for you over the whole journey.
This weekend was truly inspiring ... and even the kids were mostly cooperative so we could listen to the words of our leaders!
