Dutch Oven Apple Crisp

This is so easy! Using canned or bottled apple pie filling, really speeds up the process.

2 Lg cans apple pie filling
2 C Rolled Oats
2 C All Purpose Flour
1-2 Tbs Ground Cinnamon
1-2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 C White Sugar
3/14 C Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 C butter (not melted) more if needed

Lightly oil a 12" Dutch Oven. Pour in pie filling. Combine dry ingredients. Add butter and mix until it resembles course crumbs. Cover pie filling mixture with crumbs. Bake until filling starts to bubble through crust and crust starts to brown. About 30-40 minutes, rotating oven and lid every 10 minutes. Use 16 briquettes on top and 10 on bottom. Replace coals as necessary.
