I Heart Felt

I have been wanting to make this little project since last year. I saw it on Purl Soho just before Valentine's Day and knew I wouldn't have time to whip any of these together to make it worth my while. So this year, with plenty of time, I ordered some beautiful colors of felt from Purl Soho and began.

They are a little trickier than I thought they would be, at least my perfectionist side of me is not happy with the uneven stitches...but oh well, they are adorable. It is kind of hard to tell, but these are tiny. Only about an inch and a half wide.

I hope to make a few more this weekend and put them in a low white dish for display.

So cute! I always want to find non-chintzy Valentine's Day decorations. Nice job!

I always want to decorate for valentines but never get around to it. Those are beautiful. What did you stuff them with?

The instructions said to use bamboo stuffing, but I couldn't find any at Pacific Fabrics. Of course all they had was a huge bag of polyester stuffing, which is what I used. Now I have to stuff a billion more little hearts to use up what I bought!
