At the end of July, we took a trip down to Salt Lake City UT area to visit our families. It was the first vacation we've been on in a while, and Oscar's first plane ride. It was perfect timing heading to UT for this trip as Oscar was just turning 6 months old. It was the first time anyone in my family had seen him in person. We had a great time visiting, and introducing him to all his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Grandpa Craven.

No trip to UT is complete without some painted toenails. Olivia & Nicole, painted my toenails when I arrived from Seattle. They were painted in "first place gold" as good luck for when I ran my Mt Timpanogus Half Marathon. Painted toenails aside, we had a great time visiting with my family and introducing Oscar to everyone. I don't get to see my family in person very often, so we enjoys enjoy the brief time we are able to spend with my family visiting and getting caught up.
